Thesis has been devoted to improvement of methods of regional engineering networks (REN) management. Аs tools for mathematical processing of the technology data about REN the technique of the solution of the identification for the flow-distribution state is worked out and the technique for building the tree of graph of the engineering network is developed. The criteria for estimation and the formulized technique for improvement rational data processing at a stage of formation information flows has been obtained.
