Essay

We for the first time establish the stimulating influence KJ, added in a nutrient medium on antagonistic activity of aerococci, producing hydrogen peroxide. By analogy to above mentioned mechanisms of use anions at a fabric and cellular level of macroorganisms, we state the assumption, that aerococci have KJ-peroxidase activity and using produced hydrogen peroxide for oxidize KJ up to hypoiodide which has considerably the big bactericidal action, than hydrogen peroxide. In conditions hypercapneutic hypoxy introduction to white mice lysate of aerococci on 40 % increased life expectancy in comparison with control group. At an experimental staphylococcal infection the complex aerococci with potassium iodide caused faster healing wounds after comparison with the control. Conditions iodination of organic molecules with the help of producers hydrogen peroxide and inorganic connections of iodine are determined.
