Proved that physicist-chemical characteristics of preparation stay to be stable after long keeping The express-technique of definition of components unguentum a fundamentals for a commercial production of a drug is developed. Proved experimentally antimicrobial activity of Unguentum with dekametoxin, drug of a nitrone 1. On the basis of the conducted clinical tests is proved, that a new drug antiseptic "Unguentum Palisept" shows high medical operation for ill with lesions of a skin called by a staphylococcus and a streptococcus. The obtained data allow to offer Palisept for treatment of contagions of a skin.
