Essay

The contact tasks of a tribomechanics for a cylindrical solids with the smoothed and ribbed surfaces in a transfers of the rotational movement and splined joints. The development of numeric-analytical methods of the determination of tense-deformed state in zone of contact of the cylindrical solids. The systems of singular integrated equations with Hilbert's nucleuses or logarithmic nucleuses for determination of contact efforts was constructed by methods of the complex number theory and the theory of elasticity, and methods of their solution was designed. The influence of the form of surfaces, anisotropy of materials, degree of smoothness of the surfaces on the stressed state of cylindrical solids was investigated. The theoretical basis of the refined calculation of the free and tense splined joints, which are enable to refine the acting standards and the design procedure to use when combine coal miner and milling device are designing. The computer programs of the calculation of splined joints was introduced into operation.
