Essay

The dissertation is devoted to correction of disturbances in lung surfactant system (LS) in experiment and in children with bronchial asthma (BA). It is experimentally established, that only complex application of basic and surfactant therapies results in normalization of the structure of components of bronchial walls, disappearance of inflammatory infiltration and the muscular cell hiperplasiya phenomena restoration of mucociliar clearens, and also restoration of a normal gleam of bronchs and allows to restore qualitative LS structure. It was established, that "Suzacrin" preparation in ultrasonic inhalations, in complex treatment of children, with BА, restores phospholipids LS structure, improves parameters of external breathing function and has immunomodulation action. Result of replaceable surfactant therapy (RSТ) realization is the opportunity to avoid development and progress of disease complications to speed up recovery of patients, to decrease medicamentous loading.
