Essay

It was proved that defending epitheliolike layer on the surface of hypertrophic part of the pulp of a tooth in chronic hypertrophic pulpitis form as a result adaptive reaction on chronical mechanical, physical and chemical stimulation. It was determined that the sourse of forming epitheliolike defending layer on the surfase of hypertrophic part of the tooth pulp is fibroblasts. It was for the first time revealed the root part of the tooth pulp in chronic hypertrophic pulpitis keeps normal morphological structure that testifies to expediency of treatment of the given pathology by the method of vital amputation. It was for the first time in clinical conditions there was investigated the effectiveness of treatment of chronical hypertrophic pulpitis according to the method of vital amputation with the in the quality of medical lining of the paste on the base of composition "Diozinkochem".
