Skrynka D. Law as Factor of Economic Development (Institutional Approach).

The thesis is a complex and complete research of problems of law and economics. It focuses upon the role of law as a factor economic development. The dissertation suggests a theoretical generalization of the relevant legal concepts and a new solution of the task of denning the role of law in economics by way of determining the objective limits of economic effects of law. The dissertation analyzes the constructive potential of law in the economic development and factors determining the positive economic effects of law to suggest methods of development and improvement of the legislative process of Ukraine.The research results in scientifically-based theoretical and practical recommendations on the і improvement о f the methodology of research о f law and economics.
