Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the questions of improvement of methods of treatment and secondary prophylaxis of respiratory diseases of infants with thymus hyperplasia on the ground of investigation of peculiarities of formation interferon. Defined criterions help to set up of accompanying congenital pathology of hyperplasia thymus with the purpose well-timed correction and rehabilitation diagnosed of diseases. It was carried on estimation of clinic and immunology peculiarities of infants with thymus hyperplasia with respiratory diseases and in situation of clinic well being. It was determined peculiarities of state cellular and humoral immunity, functional activity of cells of phagocytosistem, producrion of FNO and IFN-status. Scientifically well-founded necessity of usage of laferon (recombinant a2-IFN) in the complex therapy of respiratory diseases of infants with thymus hyperplasia and as well secondary prophylactic of this diseases of this kind of patients.
