The thesis is devoted to development of models and information technologies stable reengineering of corporate information systems (CIS). For the first time are developed a complex of structural models, which describe CIS at different reengineering stages; generalized and detailed mathematical models stable reengineering; the formalized descriptions of function of a structural stability and it main properties. The features of realization of models and functions are determined, the algorithms of a problem stable reengineering solution are offered. The elements of information technology stable reengineering are created. The elements of programming realization of models and algorithms, offered in work, are obtained. The outcomes of work are introduced at the enterprises of Kharkov. An sphere of use are the processes of modernizing CIS, maintained on large and average enterprises.
