Ludmila M. The specifics of zemsky statistics in Ukraine in the second half of the ХІХ - the beginning of ХХ century (the historical - economic aspect)

For the first system time the specifics of the zemsky statistics in Ukraine in the above mentioned period were systematically analyzed in general theoretical context of the development of the history of economic idea. The main periods of the development of zemsky statistics in Ukraine were defined and characterized. The contribution of the Ukrainian zemsky statisticians to the theory and practice of the statistics and economic science were analyzed, in particular, to the developments of Chernigiv type of research, creating of the combination tables method, the formation of the budget, industrial and mathematical statistics. The influence of political economy trend in statistics, "narodnyky", marxism and German new historic school of the formation of socio-economic viens of the Ukrainian representatives of zemsky statistics was investigated.
