Essay

Basing on the system approach there was investigated a sexual behavior of 140 men who committed a sexual crime in a rape form. A role of sociogenic, negative psychological, social-psychological and psychogenic factors was determined in forming raptophilia, a correlation between sexual disontogenesis and psychical disorders in mechanisms of raping was revealed in persons with raptophilia and ones without sexual deviation. There were developed differential-diagnostic criteria allowing to delimit sexual behavior of person with and without raptophilia independently of present psychic pathology in both type of person. An effective method, motivation psychotherapy, of psychotherapeutic correction of raptophilia was proposed.
