Set the main conformity with a law the behaviour of structural properties, thermodynamic stability and rebuild of the band structure, the chemical bond, the optical properties of the substutional binarry solid solutions Ge-Sі, Ge-Sn, Si-Sn, Si-C and their films. The influence of epitaxial strain on alloy's stability were studied. The influence of the substrates on the band structures and optical properties of pseudomorphic thin films are investigated.
