Essay

The dissertation work include the estimation of functional activity state of neutrophyls by liquidators of the ChNPP accident in remote period. The modificational method as response of the system after outword action was used for research of the neutrophil's phagocytic activity. Sings of the granulocyte's reserve potentions, which have been followed by the quantative and qualitative changes in peripheral blood cells, were revealed. Due to complex morpho-functional assessment of neutrophyls in patients exposed to radiation in the distant period after Chernobyl Accident and application of mathematic correlations the most informatic criteria for forming the radiation-induced pathology were proposed.
