The object the innovative-investment activity in the system of development of an industrial complex; the aims to development of methodological bases and methodical approaches to the substantiation of priority directions of improvement of innovative-investment processes in system of industrial production; the methods are general theory of systems, program-design planning, structural matrixes methods; the new approach lies in the methodological bases and the methodical approaches of improvement of a control system by innovative-investment processes in regional industrial are developed; the main include methodical approaches to the account of the innovative-investment factor in territorial-industrial development, perspective directions of efficient control by innovative-investment processes are developed; all this thesis has been developed by training Investment and the Business Economics courses; the fieid is training in higher educational institutions.
