Essay

Object - children first 3 years life's with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Purpose - to raise efficiency of treatment of IDA in children by using a preparation of trivalent iron and complex of trivalent iron and vitamins. Methods of study: clinical, laboratory, statistical. Offered scheme of treatment of IDA with using an intramuscular entering a preparation of trivalent iron. For the reason raising efficiency of therapy and inductions of syntheses of erythropoietin in children with IDA it is necessary to use complex of vitamins A, C, E during 1 month. Results are introduced in clinics in 5 regions of Ukraine. Scope of use - pediatrics, hematology.
