the object - patients with defects and deformations of bones of facial to the skull; the aims to increase of efficiency of restoration operations on the bones of facial skull of man due to creation of optimum terms for the flow of different osteogenic; the methods - clinical, laboratory, roentgenologic, immunological, the clones of osteogennih cells-predecessors, tsitohimicheskie, statistical; the new is the problem of increase of efficiency of restoration operations on the bones of facial skull of man due to creation of optimum terms for the flow of different osteogenic is decided; the outcomes - it is developed and table of variants of results estimation of restoration operations is offered on the bones of facial skull depending on the variants of correlation of some biologically meaningful factors, namely: correlation of qualities of perceiving beds, bone transplant and indexes of the immune system.
