Druz O. Clinical-therapeutic and preventive aspects of the uncompleted suicides at military men.

The dissertation is devoted to problems of the uncompleted suicides at military men of Armed Forces of Ukraine. On the basis of a complex clinical-pathopsycological and social - demographic methods a risk factor, motivations and predictors of suicide attempts at military men are investigated. Three basic categories of suicides are allocated: a) with personal frustration (37,2% of cases); b) with reaction on heavy stress and adaptable frustration (49,5% of cases); c) the combined team group, in which entered sick, pathology to psychic activity which carried the nature psychic and behavioural frustration, the alcohol caused by using, narcotic material and others (13,3% of cases). The modified methods of correction of the critical mental postsuicide status with use of psychofarmacological medicines of new generation (fluanxol and fluoxetin) are offered. Recommendations on for differentiated preventive maintenance of suicides among military men are developed at the periods: a) pre-conscription b) service;c) postsuicide (for the contingent of suicides). As a result of introduction of the specified system of measures in the surveyed group of patients return on service with recovery at 86,5% of military men, while in group of comparison - 53,8% was observed.
