Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of separate or combined ionizing radiation and cadmium action on enterocytes mitochondria function activity. Is installed partial disunite of oxidative phosphorylation and alteration of tricarboxylic acids cycle enzymes activity. Thus, discovered change of lipid peroxidation process and alteration of fat acid testify of mitochondria membrane lipids disturbances, as can be the basic reason of alteration of mitochondria energy state.
