The dissertation is devoted to ground and decision of scientific problem - the improvement of the quality of diagnostics and treatment effectiveness of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis accompanied by intestinal disbiose. Complex research of spreading and conditions of beginning of intestinal disbiose, peculiarity of clinical signs of diseases, significance of system, endobronchial and endocolonal breaches of nonspecific reactivity in its development (in blood - indexes of cellular and humoral immunity, processes of peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant protection, markers of endogen metabolic intoxication, in bronchial-alveolar secret - maintenance of protein, cialowy acids, lysocim, typing microbe flora in bronchial-alveolar secret and fecalies, walling pH-measuring tracheas and bronchial branch and intestine) was made in patients with chronich obstructive bronchitis. It was proved that base therapy is not effective in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis in combination with intestinal disbiose. It was pathogenically grounded the adding of inducer of endogen interferon cycloferon and multipleprobiotic symbiter to complex treatment of patients. It was founded out the diagnostics quantity of indexes, criteria of treatment effectiveness.
