Essay

The obtained results prove that the course of duodenal ulcer at exacerbated chronic gastroduodenits is accompained by the disturbance of cellular and humoral immunity including T-cell deficiency and interleukin disbalance. The received evidence allowed to prove the urgent study of endopathis mediators of inflammation - interleukins. The growth of inflammatory IL-1b with the absence of considerable growth of anti-inflammatory IL-4 is the most unfavourable sign and the criterion of possible relapses. The complex therapy of duodenal ulcer at exacerbated chronic gastroduodenits including echinacea plant immunomodulators has a positive influence on clinical course of disease process favourse normalization of immune homeostasis and also reduces frequent relapses of duodenal ulce.
