The thesis contains the results of the studies of phase equilibria in the ternary systems based on halides and chalcohenides thallium. The diagrams of state ware built for the next systems: Tl2S–Tl2Se–TlBr, Tl2S–Tl2Se–TlI, TlSe–TlCl–TlBr, TlSe–TlCl–TlI, TlSe–TlBr–TlI, TlCl–TlBr–TlI. The optimal conditions of the hard-phase synthesis of Tl3SI compounds and obtaining of single crystals of Tl6SCl4(Br)4 compounds and Tl6S1-xSexІ4, Tl5Sе2Br1-xIx (x?1) solid solutions. The composition of single crystals of Tl6SCl4(Br)4 compounds were obtained by the results of quantitative chemical analysis. The physical-chemical and physical properties of obtained single crystals were investigated.
