K. V. Housing mortgage market in Ukraine.

The dissertation develops a complex of theory on the notion, essence and organization of housing mortgage market and its role as an institution of socio-economic regulating. Studied development of the mortgage market in Ukraine; revealed objective factors and prerequisites for implementing non-budgetary financial-and-credit mechanisms of financing house building; summarized experience of "Kyivmischud" Holding Company and "Arcada" Joint Stock Bank on implementing housing mortgages and experience in the experiment in housing based on these business entities.
