Essay

Is determined, that at patients with arterial hypertension and obesity the decrease of dopamine activity - reduction daily dopamine excretion with urine, higher oradrenalin excretion with urine, higher concentration of prolactin, aldosteron, leptin in plasma are observed. Сorrelation between daily dopamine excretion with urine with a body mass index, blood pressure, concentration of prolactin, aldosteron, leptin are established. There are lower overall heart rate variability, reduced vagal function, infringement circadian rhythm of vegetal system. There are revealed large, than at the non obese patients, an index of time blood pressure (BP), variability of BP, infringement of a daily rhythm BP. It is pathologically caused the expediency and proved the efficiency of agonist dopamine receptors - bromocriptine: decrease of blood pressure, a body mass, reduction of noradrenalin excretion, plasma levels of prolactin, aldosteron, normalization of vegetal activity.
