Momot M. Structuring and informational-logical model on telecommunication networks designing and modernization

The dissertation is devoted to development of telecommunication services (TS) informational model (IM) and telecommunication network (TN) structure informational-logical model (ILM), and the structural analysis and designing methods, oriented on existing TN. Scientific results are: 1) TS IM, which allows formally to describe TS using AND/OR - graph; 2) TN structure ILM, in which two levels are present: logic level - for the network type description, and physical level - for the data storage; 3) method of TN structure ІLМ logic level automatic transformation into its physical level - database (DB) table set; 4) heuristic method of allowable secondary network variant search without primary network topology modifying; 5) information transfer alternative routes search method, which searches the shortest differing at least by one edge routes; 6) the TN structure DB support graphic system, which is applied to information support of TN day-to-day management processes and for TN analysis, TN designing and TN administrative management tasks and methods, including for the developed methods. The results are implemented on enterprises are concerned with TS providing and TN designing, modernization and exploitation.
