Essay

The thesis is devoted to the establishing of immunosuppressive activity of anti-enzymes' sera (anti-cytochromoxidase, anti-proteinase, anti-DNA-ase). These sera have immunosuppressive activity directed to allo- and heteroantigenic immune response and can influence peptide spectrum from thymus, spleen and lymph node. Anti-proteinase sera have the most powerful action provided by the cytotoxic effects. Anti-enzymes activity depends on the dosages injected. The longest duration of immunosuppression was 7-12 days. The injection of the anti-enzymes sera caused the disorders in the peptide spectra from thymus, spleen and lymph node, extracted by an acid extraction. Peptide extracts from thymus, spleen and lymph node restored the immune response inhibited by the anti-enzymes sera and the spectra of peptides extracted from the tissues of experimental animals. Obtained results suppose that the anti-enzymes sera might be used for an induction of experimental immunodeficiency.
