Dobritsa Y. Efficacy of Laferon in complex treatment of diabetic retinopathy

Warning and blocking of the pathological retinal angiogenesis processes in patients with DRP. Rise of efficiency of the DRP treatment by vazoproliferation medical blocking in the retina by using laferon. Methods: vizometry, perimetry, fluorescence angiography of the retina; ultrasonic dopplerography; immunofermentative analysis of growth factors in blood. Apparatus - retinophot, ultrasonic apparatus of "Sigma - iris 880 Kontron". First a new method of correction and warning vazoproliferative violations in retina is offered. First it was set, that pathogenetic mechanisms of the laferon positive influence are an improvement of the eyes bloodstream and negative influence on maintenance of angiogenic cytokins in blood. Application of laferon in the complex DRP medical treatment rise visual functions, improve hemodynamic and hemomicrocirculation of the eye, lowers maintenance of angiogenic factors of growth. A method is inculcated in Kharkov RCH, KGMU. A sphere of use is medicine, ophthalmology.
