Surgik V. The financial management of joint-stock companies

Object of research joint-stock companies in Ukraine.Goal of research: JCs of Ukraine. Methods of research: Investigation of theoretical basis and practical recommendations directed to improvement of JCs under conditions of market economy. Methods of the investigation: System approach that gave an opportunity to analyze the development of management. In order to analyze the financial situation of JCs the methods of financial analysis were used. Theoretical and practical results are: the place of financial management is determined in system of corporate management and its essence is specified as a science to control finances of any type own and legal-organizing form enterprises in order to succeed in realization of strategic and tactical business goals - the permanent increasing of incomes (profits), their rational use and the business market value maximization. The financial management condition of joint-stock companies of Chernigov are revealed and methodical basis of the financial analysis as a component of financial management is offered, which gives an opportunity to estimate the financial needs in order to achieve the strategic goals of management. The system of parameters for an estimation of a financial condition of the joint-stock company, advanced by a substantiation of their normal and standardized critical values is allocated. The innovations of thesis The mathematical model for definition of possible consequences and results of the joint-stock company operation is offered, which application will allow the financial manager to manage receivable and payable bills and which was tested on joint-stock company of Chernigov. Methodical-theoretic basis of dividend policy of analyzed joint-stock companies is grounded. Application of the thesis's achievement. Scientific and practical summaries and recommendations that were used in practical activity CJSC Chernigovskiy Pivnoy Kombinat 'Desna' and JSC Chernigovskiy Molokozavod had been made during the educational programme of Chernigov State Institute ofEconomy and Management.
