Dementyva E. Clinico-laboratory information antihomotoxical therapy with ruber planus lichen of oral cavity mucosus membrane.

This work represent the results of treatment of patients with lichen planus of mucous membrane cavity, using the complex of antihomotoxical preparations, produced by German firm Heel, which are prescribed on the grounds of individual selection. The estimate of treatment results were carried out according to clinical and laboratory information including the study of humoral immunity and the endocrinology system. The received information testifies to the fact that antihomotoxical therapy stimulate the differentiation of pul of functionally defective T-cells and the cells of mature T-lymphocytes populations, raise the functional activity of CD19. There was made the conclusion that there is a mechanism of action of the mentioned preparations of this kind of biological activity which is indentical to the action of tymical hormones, the lack of which is the leading factor of pathogeny of lichen planus, which produce the dysfunction of immunal system in their turn. Effectiveness of treatment of аnntihomotoxical therapi is confirmed by the results of laboratorys and clinical examination in the nearest and remote terms.
