Kushnirenko V. Reforming Shari'a as Ground of the Islamite State Modernization in the Context of Constitutional Theory

Research object: the process of modernization in Islamite State. Purpose: to research mechanisms of the development, presupposition and specific character of political analysis. Methods: documental, systems, comparative, analytical. Novelty and results: this work presents integrated study and systems analysis of the modernization process in Islamite State. In native science for the first time is represented that modernization of Islamite State is not at variance with Islamite principles and corresponds to the basic values of Islamite political culture. Also it is shown the basic values of Islamite political culture conformity with the constitutionalism principle. Study field: Social and Political Science, development of the foreign political ends.
