Chudyk-Bilousova N. Organization-legal problems of a liability of the servicemen

Object – the system of legal relations in the sphere of regulation of property liability of the servicemen; purpose – complex research of questions of the legal regulations of institute of property liability of the servicemen, development the recommendations to the liquidation of blanks and contradictions in the legislation on this basis, changes of operating and acceptance of new legal norms; methods – historical-legal; system-functional; comparatively legal; formal-dogmatic; formal-legal; formal-logical; novelty – complex research of organization-legal problems of property liability of servicemen first in Ukraine; results – complex research of the system of legal relations is conducted in regulation of relations of property liability of servicemen; difference of property liability of servicemen from other types of legal responsibility of servicemen is done; concepts and types of functions of property liability of servicemen are determinated as one of types of legal responsibility, the aim of which there is providing of the proper functioning of the military formings of the state; the Draft of Law of Ukraine “About property liability of servicemen for the damage which are caused to the state” is developed and offered. The results of research can be used in scientific researching sphere and legislation activity, in practical activity of military formings, in an educational process of higher legal educational school.
