Essay

The theses is devoted to diversification activity of Ukrainian merchant ports in the market conditions. This paper brought to light peculiarities of activity and production of merchant marine ports. It also showed how privatisation influences on diversificational process and it determened the role of free economic zone in ports activities.The author worked out systematic principles of evalution and determination of basic indexes of Ukrainian merchant marine ports and basis of their development.The paper also worked out and gave proof of systematic foundation of economical efficiancy of merchant ports diversification.
