The object is 156 patients with chronic nonulcerative colitis; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with chronic nonulcerative colitis; the methods are clinical, instrumental, hystological, bacteriological, biochemical, immunofermental; the new approach is firstly studing of blood cytokine type, the levels of endogenic intoxication and quality of patients life, the expediency of using altan and bilosorb-P for the treatment of chronic nonulcerative colitis has been substantiated; the results are the elaborated differential schemes make it possible to improve the efficiency of the treatment and to increase quality of patients life; it have been introduced in educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
