Shwets A. Surgical correction of prosthetic bed of the jaws in prosthetics with Removatle orthopedic constructions

The thesis is devoted to the problems of increasing of the effectiveness of prosthetics with remolable constructions by means of preprosthetic surgical correction of the tissues of the prosthetic bed of the jaw with the use of composition CERGAP with magnicolin. In the experiment there was revealed that the direction of reparative osteogenesis of hales' defect of the mandible unde the influence of the composition CERGAP with magnicolin considerably diffeks from the control. In clinic on the basis of investigation of case histories there were determined the reasons of unsatisfactory prosthetics and worked. Оn soft fissues there was considered the expediency of the use of graniles of petty dispersal CERGAP-90 with magnicolin; in contonk plastics-granules CERGAP-500; in defects of the jaws - pokons blocks CERGAP.Thus the offered composition CERGAP with magnicolin in combination with postoperative irradiation of wounds by helium-neon laser promotes the shortening of terms of surgical preparation warns complications and allows to increase the effectiveness of prosthetics in patients with unfavourable conditions of the prosthetic bed of soft tissue and osteal genesis.
