Object of investigation - dispersion-hardened vacuum depositions of Ni-SiO,Ni-ZrO2, Ni-Al2O3, Сu-Mo with concentration of hardened phase 2 v.%, aim of investigation - the regularity of vacuum composite structure influence on the kinetics of stress relaxation and seach for the way of enhancing the relaxation resistance. Methods of investigation: transmission electron microscopy;x-ray diffractometry and element-mass analyze; mechanical test by means of active tension and relieving curves of stress relaxation. Theoretical and practical results: the method enhancing the relaxation resistance was developed. The effect of composites hardening by stress relaxation was found. Degree of inculcation: the method of enhacing the relaxation resistance to the electric instrument and microwave-equipment was used. Field of application: engineering physical metallurgy of composite materials, instrument engineering, electric instrument.
