The dissertation is devoted to the determination of rotation parameters, shapes and photocentre displacement of asteroids. The new photometric CCD-observations of five asteroids were carried out, the new version of combined method was proposed and the rotation parameters and shapes of 39 asteroids were determined. Using all available data on the rotation and shapes of 196 asteroids some qualitative analysis and interpretation were done. The numerical modelling of photocentre displacement of asteroids was carried out and practical recommendations of its taking into account are given.
