Batrimenko V. Implementation of modern forms of international account-credit settlements in the transi-tional economic systems

The main theoretical and practical grounds of the discourse analysis have been formulated as formation and development of modern systems of international account-credit settlements under the influence of scientific-technological revolution, enlightenment of specific regularities of the system of modern international settlements in the transitional economic systems and outlining the ways of new technologies of settlement implementation and modern settlement instruments in the sphere of clearing in Ukraine under the market economy conditions. The nature and the role of global account-credit network in the international financial system have been researched; classifications of modern forms of international settlements, specifications, regulatory factors, the main features of mechanism of their implementation are defined. Composing parts of the implementation mechanism, including standards of law, practical-economic instruments, cost factors, the ways of their optimization are analyzed. The model of efficiency of basic forms of international account-credit settlements is suggested for the countries with transitional economy. Practical recommendations as to implementation of modern forms of international settlements, creation of new and improvement of the existing settlement systems and methodological approaches of formation and increase of settlement mechanism efficiency in Ukraine during the period of market transformation of national economy.
