Shevchenko V. Substantiation of application in clinic of a therapeutical dentistry of the domestic photopolymeric material "CROMLIGHT-R" (clinico-experimental investigation).

It was proved that quantity of recreated admixtures in composit material and its adhesive is below the hygienic rules and the certain parametre of histologicy allows to attribute this material to the group of nontoxic polymers. There was determined the absence of irritant toxic, sensitizing and allergic action of the polymer. By means of the carried out complex of physico-mechanical investigations of destroying action of compression, microhardness and the debth of hardness there was determined the comformity of the photopolymeric material "CROMLIGHT-R" ISO 4049/88, and microstructural investigations permit to attribute this material to the class microhybrid photopolymers. It was for the first time there were carried clinical tests of the material during which there was worked out the instruction on its application and chart of observations on executed restoration work with photopolymer "CROMLIGHT-R". It was for the first time there was grounded the inculcation of domestic material "CROMLIGHT-R" into practice of the therapeutic dentistry and proved efficiency of its applications.
