Object of research: a food industry of Ukraine as a direction of integration of the state in the world economy and sphere of attraction of foreign investments into economy of the state.The purpose of dissertation work is development of approaches on maintenance of effective integration of industries of Ukraine in process of internationalization of the world economy by the example of food area of the industry. Methods of research: methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, statistical and mathematical methods of the analysis and modeling of economic processes. Theoretical results: development of approaches on maintenance of effective integration of industries of Ukraine in process of internationalization of the world economy by the example of a food industry. Practical results: the carried out development and approaches allow to improve the mechanism of formation by the state of directions of activization of process of internationalization of food area of the industry of Ukraine on the basis of realization of its competitive advantages in the international division of labour. Scientific novelty: factors which determine a level of internationalization of industries are systematized; methods of measurement of a level of internal and external internationalization of an industry are developed in view of specificity of these processes in Ukraine; approaches to formation of structural model of the government by creation of preconditions of internationalization of the food-processing industry of Ukraine are offered; the mechanism of management by formation of competitive advantages of the food-processing industry of Ukraine in world economy is advanced; the cause and effect model of formation of factors of constant development of the food-processing industry are developed; the algorithm of an estimation of expediency of realization of investment projects in branch is offered on the basis of imperatives of branch and regional interests. Degree of introduction: recommendations developed by the author by results of research have received realization in practical activities of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration, the Kirovograd combine on of food processing, Corporation " System SSB ".
