Afanasyeva M. Сonstitutional and law support of election technologies in Ukraine.

In the thesis the scientific and practical premises of technologi-sation of the social processes including election campaigns are investigated .The notion of election campaigns is worded. The stages, time limits and the structure of election campaigns are stud-ied. The Authors understanding of election campaigns is worked out. An original classification of election technologies is suggested. Considerable attention is paid to general theoretical premises of the constitutional and law support of the election technologies with a separate study of the law regulation and law influence. The peculi-arities of appliance and constitutional and law support of the elec-tion technologies at separate stages of election campaigns are an-nualised. A separate group of questions in consideration is made up by the constitutional and law support of election technologies which are used in pre-election propaganda. Proceeding from the current state of law regulation of election technologies in Ukraine the ways and forms ofimprovement of election legislation of Ukraine are considered.
