The thesis is devoted to research of organizational and legal ensuring judicially appeal of citizenry illegal activities of executive bodies in Ukraine. The work contains author's characteristics of administrative - justiciable dispute as a type of legal conflict. An administrative - justiciable dispute is a subject of trial. The author describe elements of administrative - justiciable dispute. The work contains author's characteristics of administrative suit and its ele-ments. The author overviews contents of administrative justice, it correlation with judicial authority, justice, administrative legal procedure. The model of administrative legal procedure considera-tion of administrative suit of citizenry. The author proposes certain measures for establishment of administrative legal procedure con-sideration of administrative suit of citizenry.
