Krasnikova A. Constitutional responsibility in protection system of a legas status of the logas self- government subjects

The dissertation deals with the complex study of the legal means of guarding and protection of a legal status the local self-management subjects. The constitutional, judicial, administrative, civil-law means are distinguished among them. The constitutional guarding and protection is provided with means of the constitutional control, the mechanism of the constitutional responsibility and the constitutional guarantees the rights of the local self- government. There is given the characteristic of the constitutional responsibility as special element of system of the constitutional means providing protection of the rights of subjects of local self-government. Analysis of constitutional relations allowed to determine the limits and forms of responsibilities of executive power for violation of legal status of local self-government. Kinds of the constitutional sanctions for infringement of a legal status of the local self- government subjects are classified on three groups.
