Davydova O. Historiogenetic analysis of mental disorders at adolescence.

In dissertation were studied of clinical features of mental disorders at adolescence. It is developed and introduced into practice historiogenetic method of analysis of adolescent mental disorders based on clinical data, ethological supervision, analysis of dreams and results of projective psychological tests. As a result of comparative research was revealed that axial structure of pubertal psychopathology was the ritual of initiation and separate nosological units were typologically similar to various types of initiation. The historiogenetic analysis of clinics of basic schizophrenic syndromes revealed their similarity to religious dedication. It was observed the typological similarity of an adolescent drug abuse to ritual usage of psychoactive substances during group socialization. It was established, that personality disorders were similar to abortive variant of the fixed sequences of socialization. The clinic of organic mental disorders coincided with an initial stage of dynamics of patterns of socialization at a stage of sexual maturity. The specified patterns did not depend on ethnic group. The forecast of development of adolescent mental disorders should be given proceeding from their typological similarity to models of initiation stress and stages of initiation in historiogenesis.
