Shopina I. Legal and Organizational Aspects of Productivity in Investigators of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Professional Activity’s Efficiency

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of legal and organizational guaranteeing in investigators of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine effective professional activity. On the basis of existing, in theoretical sources approaches and concepts of efficiency, author’s concept of investigators professional activity’s efficiency is formulated; factors which influent on its level are determined. Peculiarities of working time in investigative departments division, existing system of investigators effective work stimulation, dynamics of investigators professional development, investigators’ satisfaction by their professional activity and its separate aspects are researched. On the basis of received conclusions, in the course of research, propositions concerning the development of organizational and managing influence with the goal on improvement the investigators professional activity’s efficiency are developed.
