Bubliy T. The treatment of the patients with chronic apical periodontitis by the new sealers.

The results of the reserch of the effecacy of the use of the new sealers by the firm "VladMiva" when treating the patients with the chronic apical periodontitis are presented in this discertation. The definition of the antiseptic characteristics showed their presence in all proposed sealers and the best effecacy of "Endomethason" concerning the most kinds of microbes of the root channels. The high biological compatibility of the sealers "Phosphadent-Bio" and "Biopulp" which contain calcium was established during the researehes on the dogs. The clinical and radiographical effecacy of the treatment of the patients using the new sealers was analyzed. The necessity of the differentiation when choosing the sealer was established. Recommendations concerning the use of the materials of the different chemical groups when treating some forms of chonic apical periodontitis were made and were put into the practice. The high competitive ability and effecacy of the endodontical materials by the firm "VladMiva" incomparison with the foreign analogues were established.
