The dissertation is a complex research of the problem of legal provision of organization of subsidiary enterprises and industries of agricultural enterprises under modem conditions of reforming agriculture. The author forms and motivates the concepts of subsidiary enterprises and industries, defines their signs, types and legal status. The author analyses economic and social functions of subsidiary enterprises and industries, factors that influence their organization and activity. The proposals concerning improvement of legislation of Ukraine in the field of legal regulation of organization and functions of subsidiary enterprises and industries of agricultural enterprises are given.
