Pavlov D. Pavlov D.M. : The organization and legal bases of effectiveness of Executive Power (state management) organs system functioning.

The thesis provides the analysis the principal issues of the organization and legal bases of effectiveness of state management (Executive Power) organs functioning during the period of administrative reform in Ukraine. There is researched the methodological, theoretical and legal approaches in studying the functioning of state management organs and also analyzes the legal, political, economic, social and organizational factors which determined its effectiveness. It also illuminates criteria of social state management effectiveness. The work presents the analysis of the normative-legal acts that provide administrative reform in Ukraine. Based on the analysis new theoretical and practical suggestions have been devised to improve effectiveness of administrative reform in Ukraine by adopting of new acts.
