Kravets V. Attestation of state official in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the analysis of theoretical and legal grounds of the state officials' attestation. The defini-tion of the notion, objective, principles of state officers' at-testation are determined here being an important instrument of the improvement of the effectiveness, professionalism and competence of state officials. The definition of the no-tion of the components of the attestation procedure of state officials is determined. The main criteria of the evaluation of state officials' activity, methods of their conduct are charac-terized. The amendments and additions are proposed to the legislation in effect as to the state service in the part of state officers' attestation
