Essay

The thesis is devoted to the fast of improving the quality of tillage of the root-containing layer and optimization of its agrotechnological properties by means of applying tillage implements equipped with rotary-blade working parts. The paper contains theoretical and experimental investigation of the working process of the working process of the rotary-blade working part, substantiation of the rational constructive and technological parameters for wing it under soil and climatic conditional of Polissiya zone. Application of the rotary-blade working part provides: putting crop residues and fertilizers into the root-containing layer of the soil improving the quality of tilling sod-podzolic soils preservation of the soil structure, reduction of the fraction resistance. Comparative fields control of the implements equipped with proposed rotary-blade working part and standard sphere-cutting rotary working parts has been carried out and economic efficiency of the proposed implement have been calculated. Theresults of work have been introduced into production. Key-words: putting, hyperbolic paraboloid, strained-deformed condition, parameters, rotary tillage, rotary-blade working part.
