On the basis of the developed and constructed flat certainly - element model of teeth and jaws segment researches is intense - is deformed statuses of fabrics of teeth and jaws segment in area medial of a cutter of the top jaw for the first time are carried out during action external, powerful on force loading and the protective role mouthguard in reduction of influence these loading is established. The new approach to manufacturing rational designs protective mouthguard for the first time is determined in view of individual special of teeth and jaws system of the sportsman both use of modern techniques and materials. The indications to a choice of rational designs of artificial limbs, improvement of their quality for the first time are established in view of influence of external, powerful loadings on teeth and jaws system during employment by contact power kinds of sports
