Severinova S. Peculiarities of orthopedic treatment by removable laminar dentures of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis

The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of orthopedic treatment by removable dentures of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB) and to prevention of inflammatory displays of a mucous membrane of prosthetic bed (MMPB). In the dissertation influence of removable orthopedic designs is studied, toxic action of plastics which is caused by surplus a monomers on a mucous membrane of orthopedic bed in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis depending on respiratory insufficiency I and II degrees more often proves to be true. The method of manufacturing of removable dentures with reduction of toxic influence of residual monomers in bases of dentures on MMPB at these patients is offered by introduction of a sorbent in plaster pressform.Results of hemocoagulated, immunological researches testify, that a risk factor of development of inflammatory changes MMPB at patients with COB is prethrombotic state, characterized by disturbance of hemostatic balance between coagulant and fibrinolithic systems of blood, including change of immune regulation of a hemostasis.It is developed laboratory prognostic risk symptomocomplex of development of inflammation СОПЛ at patients with dentures suffering with COB: initial (before prosthetics) reduction in parameters уЕ-POK (on 10% and more), ткЕ-POK (on 15,7% and more) and кЕ-POK (on 56,8% and more).
